What do you do?
Bec Company is a thrift shop, offering preloved styles to our customers and it is so exciting to be able to offer this opportunity to you! Because each item is preloved, all available products are unique and one of kind. Unfortunately, this also means there will be no restocking of the items you like so be sure to grab something if you it catches your eye!
Do you have a physical location?
Due to the frequent everchanging circumstances of the current state of the world, we will not be opening a physical location at this time. However, you never know what the future has in store!
Can I drop clothes off?
Absolutely! If you’re looking to clean out your closet, we’d be glad to help rid you of those items you never wear. Plus, you’ll receive a code for 10% off your next purchase! Contact us to arrange a drop off or see if there’s one near you.
When do you update your items?
We are constantly getting new stock! New arrivals are added to the site twice weekly, so be sure to check back often. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on all of our content!
How much is shipping?
Shipping will be calculated during your checkout process according to your postal code and Canada Post rates. At this time, we are currently only shipping orders within Ontario.
Can we pickup?
Yes, we offer curb side pick up as an option at checkout!
How long until I receive my order?
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24-48hrs. We will send you an email confirmation once it's ready to set up a pickup appointment time during our operating hours!
We are working diligently to speed up our shipping process. Orders within the Manitoulin Island area can expect a 3-5 business day delivery time. At present time, orders shipping across Ontario can be expected within 3-10 business days however, this could vary depending on your location.
Can I return my items?
Returns may be accepted within 15 days of purchase. Conditions apply to return orders. The product must be in the original packaging with tags and/or labels attached and include the original receipt. If the mandatory conditions are not met a refund will not be issued. If you're looking to return your item, email us at email@example.com for more information and to confirm you're eligible to begin the return process. Please be advised that we do not pay the shipping costs on returns that are sent via mail. All sale items are non refundable. Shipping fees are non refundable.
